"Just switched from usaa and my insurance is literally half what it was. Travis is my agent and he did not push me into it at all. Simply made an offer. 3 months later I realized I'll never find a better deal than that so I called back and the offer was still available. I'm a veteran and will be breaking from usaa insurance for the first time in 15 years. Recommend to all. Also I am not a bot."

"I spoke with Becky today about my policy price going up. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She was very, very empathetic about the price increase and checked everything she could to see if we could get the price back down. Unfortunately she was unable to but explained very thoroughly why the price jumped. Unfortunately she is the most competent person I have spoken to at this office. She also confirmed that they have record of me requesting ride share coverage multiple times and it was never added. I only selected State Farm because no one cheaper offered ride share coverage. From the very first call with the agent I voiced the request for the coverage as I drive for Lyft. I have spoken to other agents as when I dug deeper into my coverage found I didn’t have ride share, and still it was not added. Becky could see that in my record and was very apologetic and professional that it was never added. Unfortunately I can’t really afford the ride share coverage, as my normal policy is astronomical as is with a completely clean driving record and no at fault accidents in my lifetime, and it is not really necessary I have learned, so I will be likely changing companies. The 5 star review is for Becky, she was AMAZING and deserves recognition for her service. 5 stars would not be my rating for the company over all. (If this needs cross-referenced to adequately reward Becky for going above and beyond, this is not my legal name or email I have used with your company. My legal name begins with Lee and you may contact me on this google account if needed as Becky deserves whatever reward is applicable)"
