"What a terrible office for customer service! We have been with State Farm for decades, have filed less than a handful of claims and they handled a recent auto claim in the way the worst insurance nightmare stories are told. Reached out to Bruce's office multiple times and he never bothered to call me back! Just sent messages via his surrogates that he can do nothing about claims. Although I'm sure if I called today and tried to purchase a policy I would hear from him. Shopping to move from State Farm - terrible company, terrible agency."
