A battery jump service was done where the battery was not replaced in my car.In fact, I paid $104.50 earlier for battery change. I brought this issue to Christie's attention, and she handled my situation with complete professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. She took the time to listen, clearly explained the necessary steps, and ensured my refund request was processed smoothly.
