"I was plunged into an insurance quagmire between eligible enrollment periods due to misrepresentation by 2 HI companies. After getting quotes from 7 agencies, State Farm came up with the best offer. Their representative, Katie Giblin, took on the challenge of this uncommon and intricate situation, and went far above what would be normally required to achieve a quick and satisfying conclusion. Without her hard work, and steadfast perseverance, I would still be dangling in the insurance world void, which few if any of us really understand. "I had Geico insurance, and they didn't have a rideshare policy. I called Geico, and they transferred me to State Farm insurance. Travis helped me with my quote, and he is a super awesome agent. We were talking on the phone for an hour to discuss the policy, and I didn't get bored, not even for one second. Awesome guy, he deserves a raise.
